Trimurti Park

  is a picturesque park in Yediyur village, on the left of Kanakapura Road (NH 209), opposite to Art of Living Centre, Bengaluru. The beautiful park is accessible from Bengaluru City, via NICE Road.

Temples

The pathway straight from the entrance leads to the Hanuman temple, which has the huge green colored concrete statue of Lord Hanuman towering atop. The small figurines of Hanuman with Sri Rama & Sita adorn the roof of the temple entrance. The Hanuman temple is flanked on both sides by 2 smaller temples, Lord Shiva & Parvati temple on the left and a Lord Vishnu & Mahalakshmi temple on the right. Ganesha temple with the huge Ganesh statue is to the extreme left. Krishna temple is to the extreme right, with a huge statue of an enchanting Lord Krishna playing the flute. In the right side of the park, there is a rare shrine of sage Narada in front of the Krishna temple. Behind the Vishnu temple is the statue of a 5 hooded serpent, with Naga devas (serpent Gods) beneathe its hood. In the right side of the park, is a small Nandi (sacred bull of Lord Shiva). on a pedestal.

The Park

The greenery is well maintained with lawns and a good collection of shrubs. Concrete statues of several animals and birds found all over the park, are a treat to the children. Structures of Giraffe, elephants, horses, lions, deer, kangaroo, dolphin and an eagle could be spotted. Stone pathways are paved & a number of stonebenches are provided for the visitors to sit and enjoy the view from various angles. Disclaimer: The security instructs visitors to leave footwear near the gate. Beware of the red ants in the park!

The serene ambience and tranquility urges the visitors to spend more time in the park. The park is no doubt, a photographers' delight!
