Temple in Bangalore is a huge cultural complex that was inaugurated in 1997 to carry out the vision of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder-Acarya of ISKCON ( International Society for Krishna Consciousness) to promote Vedic culture and spiritual learning. The complex is located on Hare Krishna Hill on West of Chord Road in Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore, INDIA.

Spread over 7 acres of land amidst beautiful gardens and water fountains, the complex houses temples, a multi-vision theatre, the Akshaya Patra mechanized kitchen, an open air auditorium, an organic products outlet, an art and craft outlet, Vedic library, pure vegetarian & sattvic restaurants, community halls, administrative offices, guest house for its members and visitors and residential accommodation for devotees. The campus has drinking water, hygienic washrooms, elevators and adequate car parking.

The magnificent gates through the Raja Gopuram and the lush green garden lead to the elevated platform to enter the temple. There stands the 56 feet high gold plated Dwajastambha which is one of the tallest in the world. After the Dwajastambha are 108 square granite podiums. There are four gopurams ( towers) inside the temple, each of them connected to the other by a striking glazed-glass canopy.

Sri Prahlada Narasimha temple has Prahlad Maharaj with folded hands besides Lord Sri Narasimha. Next, Sri Srinivasa Govinda temple has the replica of the Lord Venkateshwara (Balaji) deity of Tirumala Tirupati. The main temple hall has Lord Krishna with his consort Srimati Radharani. The main altar inside in the hall includes the divine deities of Sri Nitai GaurangaSri Radha Krishna-chandra and Sri Krishna Balarama.
